Christmas With PANDORA At Cliveden Hotel

It is officially Christmas, my favourite time of year. I got into the festive spirit earlier than expected thanks to PANDORA. I usually start my Christmas shopping and decorating very early on, but with work being so busy this year I hadn’t managed to be quite so proactive. However this all changed for the good when I realised the PANDORA event was a festive two days away! I was SO EXCITED.

The mini stay was hosted at Cliveden Hotel, and by the end of my time there I felt so festive I put my tree up as soon as I got home. I can not recommend enough doing something like this to put you in the Christmas spirit. Of course you do not have to book an expensive hotel, but instead create fun festive traditions at home. In fact I think I loved this event so much because it was like being at home. I am for sure going to encorporate a few more festive craft traditions in my house hold. To start off Christmas I always invite my friends and family round, put on some Michael Bublé, make sure the fire place is burning and wrap gifts. So simple but so cosy and a fabulous thing to organise to spend time with your family and friends.

The day started with me missing my train, luckily Lizzy (from Shot From The Street) also missed her train so we travelled up together with Abby. We arrived thirty minutes later at Clivedon Hotel, it was really stunning and I could not have imagined a better location. If you do get the chance to visit this hotel, I couldn’t recommend it enough. You can see from the photos how beautiful and grand the rooms are. I had a secret marble bathroom too! Every corner had a burning fire place which meant the ambience was so cosy.

We checked in and then made our way to the boat house cottage. We sipped champagne, ate mince pies and listened to Christmas tunes whilst making our own wreaths. It was lovely to learn about the craftsmanship that goes into each PANDORA product whilst making our own hand made intricate festive decorations. It was after wreath making we went out in our matching wellies and a winter coat for a walk to lunch. It was a chance to catch up with the other girls and we chatted about everything and anything. It was lovely to meet new bloggers and nice to see we all actually had so much in common (other than blogging.) After lunch we walked back to the cottage and continued the afternoon with gift wrapping. We all chose a gift from the PANDORA jewellery box, we then gift wrapped the present for our secret Santa surprise.

By this point we were feeling so festive, it had been such a lovely day; I didn’t think it could get better but it did.

We checked into our beautiful rooms (if you follow me on Snapchat (iamchouquette) you would have seen my room tour, if you follow me on Instagram here you would have seen the marble bathroom and lunch set up already) to get ready for the evening. I then made my way to dinner with Lizzy, where we handed out our secret Santa gifts. I received a beautiful ring from Lizzy, I have worn it every day since. It looks so fab stacked with my other rings!

The following morning I ran a bath, ordered a cappuccino and got ready for breakfast- which was perfect in every way! This had been the most incredible two days in the countryside. As soon as I returned home I hung my wreath on the front door and we put up our Christmas tree. Thank you PANDORA for the most unbelievable two days.

I will now start my Christmas shopping which will all have to be on line as I do not have the time to go out and shop, I also find shopping on line so much easier. I love gifting jewellery to my friends and family because I always feel like it’s a personal gift and a gift they can keep forever. You can shop the PANDORA Christmas collection here.

In this article I am wearing:

PANDORA GOLD EARRINGS

PANDORA GOLD VINTAGE RING

PANDORA GOLD NECKLACE AND PENDENT

PANDORA VINTAGE SILVER RING

All I need now is one of those beautiful grey PANDORA jewellery boxes to store everything in!

I really hope this article has inspired you for Christmas and given you some ideas how you can spend it with your family. I wish you all a lovely festive season. Do not forget that spending time with your family and relaxing is the most important part, oh and of course eating. I have also started VLOGMAS or VLOGNOEL as Paris calls it so be sure to check out my YouTube channel.

Hi Claire!
Amazing outfits!
May I ask – would you say your Acne jacket is the warmest jacket you have? I’m thinking about getting one for myself, but I’m just not sure if it’s really that warm (considering the price). I’m currently wearing a Woolrich one, but since I’m not into that style anymore, I’m trying to find a substitute.
Thank you so much!
Best wishes from Berlin,
Olivia

Honestly 100% worth the investment it’s SO WARM! It will last a life time and I’m so happy I took the plunge. Let me know when you buy one as they are quite hard to find in the smaller sizes. There are also so many colour ways x
