I am so happy to finally share the second part of my lounge. If you missed the first part click here and don’t forget to watch the video.
I call this the “DIOR LOUNGE” because of the traditional French chairs, they look like they could be in a DIOR store. I have always loved French interiors, mainly Parisian and Versailles regions. I also love grey, “DIOR GREY” in particular.
Dior Harrods kindly gifted me the DIOR coffee table book and the shade of muted grey all add tot he DIORNESS. Wait until you see my flat, that’s 100% DIOR!
I won’t chat about this too much as I explain everything in the video here. You can find all the links to the items and what I am wearing in the description box.
One brand I really did want to make sure you knew about is RALIS DESIGN. My white wash cabinet and TV cabinet is from there and I love them so much. When we first moved into this house I was determined to find a nice TV cabinet, they are surprisingly hard to find. I discovered the TV cabinet here and then fell in love with the side cabinet here. The pieces are hand made in Iceland and they are a fairly new company. I follow them on Instagram here and enjoyed watching them evolve. Each season they get stronger and stronger. They have introduced marble to their collection, it’s all so unique and simply divine.
My style doesn’t change where interiors are concerned. I dress my home like I dress myself. I love girly elements and a bit of glam but the over all vibe is ‘boyish”. That is why I love RAILIS DESIGN. I love the combinations of industrial copper against a white washed wood. You can check out the rest of their pieces here. Customer service and delivery is excellent.
Growing up I never thought I would have a formal lounge area but some how I have one! We could have used this space for so many other ideas, a casual fining area, one huge lounge (which sometimes I consider) or maybe an office. I just like the idea of having a formal place to sit when I do not want to watch TV. Everything is explained in the video. We will be making a few changes to this room too so watch this space.
Would you like to see more of our home? If so which room would you like to see? I won’t be filming house tour any time soon FYI.
