These photos were from  my first day in Mauritius so I am pale and completely delirious that I was suddenly on the most amazing beach ever basking under the sun, huge difference to the bitter greyness of London.  I always blow up like a ballon after the plane journey so lots of stretched posing and jumping got me through this shoot :/ Photo tip today; try jumping in photos you will be surprised how thin it makes you look!

I have worn this jumper in London out for dinner with a T-shirt underneath, just shows how versatile some pieces can be; from winter jumper, to evening top to beach dress!

JETSET CHOUQUETTE is going to be my new hashtag. I have been trying to think of a constant hashtag to use on all my photos, and thanks to my friends constantly saying to me “where are you jet setting to this time” or  “so your back from jet setting then” I suddenly clicked to use jetsetchouquette! I will also be using “chouquetteswardrobe”. Anyone that followers blogs will follow The Blonde Salad, I respect her as a blogger and inspired by her success and hard working ethic but personally I see her more as celebrity than as a blogger but anyway Chiara’s hashtag is “theblondesaladgoesto” which I love but guys that is her tag!! So cringe when I see other bloggers writing “their blog name….goesto” clearly you are just trying to be another blogger and not creating your own branding. Of course everyone is inspired by others and maybe even sometimes we think of the same thing or ideas but this “goes to” business has been really annoying me recently and I think it separates the original, creative bloggers to the ones that are just copying others. This is just my opinion but if and when you come across a blogger using this hashtag think of what I said and you will see what I mean 🙂

Errrr….well this is a bit weird because Aimee from Song of Style’s hashtag is #jetsetaimee. So you have copied Aimee. So what are you saying?

I have said “chouquette jetsets”and “jetset chouquette” on my travel posts since I started this blog and actually got the idea from a Wildfox tee my friend bought me. And yes so she has but as far as I have seen she started this hashtag only a few days ago, maybe I am wrong? I wrote this post two weeks ago on my first day in Mauritius and never once saw any other blogger use this #. My tag rhymes which is why I started it in the first place. If you can be bothered to read though my holiday posts by using the search bar you will see I have always said this on my blog from day one, only now have made of point of hastagging just for social media.

Thanks for the comment and thanks for reading x

I think you can even search “jetset chouquette” in the search bar and all the posts that includes this will show. #ifyoucanbebotheredthatis
