LUISA VIA ROMA LOOK 7 | BABY BLUE

Hello again from Florence, although we all know I am not there any more; I am writing this from my kitchen in London.

Although I loved every single look I chose in Florence for this project I think this has to be my favourite. I ADORE baby blue, alongside grey it is my favourite colour and they go hand in hand together. I love this super soft, long cardigan by Balmain. I am sooooooo upset it has now sold out, well if you fit in a 34 my advice is BUY NOW. I have been checking every day to see if one randomly comes in stock in a 36/38 but so far no joy. I love the shoulder pads and the pockets. I feel like this would complement everything I owned and I beyond disappointed that I did not buy it sooner. You snooze you loose but one more item to add to my witch hunt.

I paired this with grey Bamain tee. I already have this tee in black with silver buttons and I wear it so much. I have had mine for around three years now and it still looks like new. I throw it in the washing machine and it washes so well. Yes it is expensive but they wash well and therefore last. Like I say I have had mine for three years and it’s still going strong. Clothes are only a waste of money if you don’t wear them a lot or they don’t last; this tee gives you both. the bonus is that it looks fan bloody tastic. The skirt is also Balmain. The thickness of the suede makes it fit like a corset, say no more than it’s very flattering,

The bag in set one (scroll down to see another bag) is to die for. The size is perfect, the colour is the dream because it is that grey/blue colour I love and it is really light weight. It also comes with a strap. This bag reminds me of an Hermes Kelly, do you agree? It also comes in pink and purple.

I finished off the look with over the knee Casadei boots. I am really into beige lately, it’s a colour I never used to wear but I think it looks very chic and I love layering different shades of beige. I was wanted when you hit middle age you start to enjoy more neutral things in life. I guess I am at that stage in my life.

I am now going to end this article so I can keep pressing the refresh button for this cardigan. I can imagine in my head the endless outfits it will match with. Wish me luck, I am on yet another Balmain mission.

Beautiful outfit. Such beautiful cardigan, boots and bag! I love pastel pinks and blues! Valentino always steals my heart. This is so stunning, and you’re in one of my favourite cities here. 🙂
