Just your regular Tuesday afternoon swanning around in a full glitz mini and heels! Ok so clearly this is not a mid week look for me but I wanted to share this dress with you in clear light and quite frankly I have no plans for a big party any time soon enough to wear this for my blog! I never ever buy a dress/outfit for an event as it is far too stressful and I guarantee you will never be satisfied with what you bought. The best advise I can give is if you see a dress you love buy it even if you have nowhere to go, stock it in the wardrobe and when you get an invite “voilà” instant outfit! If the dress is in your wardrobe for months and not last season who cares, are you Beyonce? The answer is no you are not, your a normal girl and normal girls do not chuck dresses away because its not in season! This particular Fee dress by Virgos Lounge is current season and is available to buy online BUT with Virgos Lounge they do not follow trends which is the best aspect of this brand. When a brand follows trends they will whip out of nowhere the must have style, silouhette or colour which is great but not if you want a staple piece to last for ever and ever. The Virgos Lounge product is of course vintage inspired not trend inspired which means in five months or five years time the product will still be wearable. Conclusion always buy classic items and if you want the statement look go vintage or vintage inspired.
I had the honour to visit the Virgos Lounge head office which I will talk to you about later in the week. Anyone interested in working in fashion, owning a company or just being a success in general you will be interested to know the story behind the Virgos Lounge brand as it is inspirational and motivating. The intention and direction of the company made me fall in love with them all over again.
Some advise when buying Virgos Lounge I find the sizes true to size. For example when I buy from any designer I am always a perfect small or UK 8 however when I buy Topshop or other high-street I can sometimes be a UK10 or medium. With Virgos Lounge I am small or a UK 8 so the sizing is pretty accurate. The items are ever so slightly more generous than your regular high street, which always makes us feel good!
Now for the bit you want to hear about THE DISCOUNT CODE. Virgos Lounge are kindly offering Chouquette folllowers 20% off all the products for two weeks to celebrate my birthday today. Although this is a statement dress I would wear it again styling it with different accessories. Just because the dress is a statement piece does not mean I can not wear it with more bold, bright accessories. So if you’re feeling brave why not colour clash like this:
In between changes, yes I often change in the street to save time, there is no such thing as a shy blogger.

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog
and was curious what all is required to get set up?
I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty
penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% sure.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
