Dungaree Days

I have been seeing dungarees a lot lately but most of them do not look great on me so I was so happy when I found these ones. Dungaress are not that flattering so it is hard to find a shape that suits individual body shapes. Normally I find the designer brands fit best which is no surprise but this time a high street version was the winner for me. They are flattering, comfortable and I can wear them with heels or sneakers. They cost £39.99 so I am really pleased with them. Now I am desperate for some leather ones (see last photo.)

What do you think of my new bag? This was another item I hid from Paris and when he found it I got a big lecture so I will not be buying anything for a while 🙁 But at least the positive factor is I can finally wear it now the secret is out. I wanted the smaller style but nowhere has it in white and I really wanted white. I think it is hard to find a good white bag but I think this one is a good find as the leather is very durable. It is good for traveling and good for London’s rainy weather.

Let’s be honest this is a more casual version and more my reality! It was so cold the day I took these photos, it was snowing booooo! When it’s cold I really struggle to walk in my Pigalles because my feet shrink and they fall off when I walk. I really can not walk around London in these kind of shoes BUT if I was driven around in a private car and just shopped and sat down for coffee and lunch then the above outfit would be my first choice. But seeing as it’s freezing and I walk around everywhere this is what I wore all day.

I am also into white nails this week.

Dungarees will be a big trend this season, I have seen them at Phillip Lim, Whilstles, Zara and ASOS. I love the PL ones but way too pricey for me to spend on something I will not wear everyday, so the Zara ones are my favourite. They are still expensive though at £235.
