Today I am bringing some NYC to London.
As you know I live in-between the country side and West London. I find myself spending more time in the country, I prefer working in the peace and quite and of course working in my walk in wardrobe. If you haven’t seen my walk in closet click here.
This means I feel like I have little breaks all the time. I pack a mini suitcase and off I go for a couple of hectic days in the city. I have spent the last two days in London, this is what I wore. I sneaked in one last skirt before it gets too cold to wear one. The weather is okay in London, I can get away with a thin coat and felt fine wearing a skirt. I had lots of meetings so it was nice to make the effort. How amazing is this star skirt? I paired this look with my new lace up boots. The most exciting item in this post for me is my new leather suitcase. I travel a lot and I mean a lot. Whether it is a night away for a press event, a couple of nights for a city break (usually work) or a long haul holiday I need to have a mini suitcase and a nice carry on. Ever since my honeymoon last year I have been so into my luggage. I really love having a nice weekend bag/carry on suitcase.

When the suitcase arrived I was so happy. This case is super luxe and chic! I was blown away with the quality; it’s fit for first class. Unfortunately this poor suitcase will be traveling in economy with me, unless it’s a work trip. This case doesn’t just look beautiful, it is also very practical. I have never owned a case with so many features and compartments. Imagine how this would look against my black and gold Balmain blazer, so chic. I am so excited for my holiday this Friday and equally excited to pack everything in my new case.
This case also comes in so many different colours; my favourites are of course the black but also the red, grey and croc moc. I added in the vanity case to my order because I loved how cute and matching it looked. I knew this would be really practical for traveling, I will use it for my make up. Again it is very practical with the compartments, long strap and it even has a mirror. I used this as a bag the other day, it looked so cute. This also comes in other colours.
I was initially on the look out for some travel bags but me being me, I ended up searching the entire site and found some really fab finds.
The fist exciting find was my “C” initial necklace, I love products with my name on or initialled things. I have been wearing this everyday. Click here to shop more initials.
Next was my sunnies. I usually stay away from sunglasses with frames as the do not usually suit me. However I liked the look of these semi cat eyes ones and thought the black and gold would suit my new case. Again so so happy with them, I finally found framed sunnies that suit me.
Lastly, my new dome satchel. I thought this bag would be great for everyday. The Saffiano leather matches the rest of my new Henri Bendel collection and I loved all the compartments. For just under £400 I think this bag is a great little investment for a good quality, every day bag. I love the shape and how durable the leather is. My Christmas gift ideas just went into over drive, this website has gifts for everyone.
